La Florida Hotel is the legal name of the hotel, with Spanish nationality and registered office in the Floridablanca street, number 17, Llançà, Girona, with NIF number 40460382R and phone 972120161.

The email address is laflorida@lafloridahostal.com. The name of the Hotel dominion is www.lafloridahostal.com , which publicizes the hotel and allows booking online. The customer, may check the availability of dates rooms and manage its reservation through the online form in the webpage.

As the owner of this service, La Florida Hotel reports that access, surfing or using the services of this webpage implies acceptance of this general conditions as well as of the booking conditions of his reservation. If you do not accept one of the conditions or you have any doubts, you have to stop the booking process. If you finish the booking process, it means that you have read, understood and give approval to these general conditions.

The customer declares to be an adult with legal capacity to make use of this webpage.

How to book

After having chosen the room and the dates, you have to fill, with your personal data, a form. The form includes name and surname, email address, DNI, phone number, postal address, postal code, city and observations. With the form, you will send a pre-book request. The Hotel will send you a confirmation email. This email will serve you as a proof of your booking. If there is any mistake or any unacceptable condition, contact with us as soon as possible. Data will be used to contact with the customer and finish the reservation process. They will be included in the file “customers”, created by La Florida Hotel in order to manage and organize the Hotel services. These data will not be given to third parts. If you send us the form with your data, you authorize us
to include them in our file.

Payment will take place upon arrival at the Hotel.

Arrival time is between 13h and 20’00h; the latest departure hour is 11’00h. If the arrival day you are not at the Hotel at 20’00, the room will be cancelled. If you think that you might arrive later than 20h, contact us so that we may keep your room. The Hotel may accommodate children. Children under 2 years old do not pay. If necessary, we may add extra beds. Check availability in the hotel.
We do not accept pets. Any cancellation or change in your reservation must be reported to the management of the Hotel
via email to lafloridahostal@lafloridahostal.com or calling the phone number +34 972 120161. In the case that La Florida Hotel reports to the customer any changes or even the cancellation of the reservation due to events of force majeure such as causes beyond our control, which consequences could not have been foreseen and avoided, even in the case of acting in due diligence, the reservation will be cancelled and the customer will not have reclamation rights. In such situation, if possible, the management will contact the customers via email or phone. All the information given by the customer must be true. The customer will be responsible of the damages caused to La Florida Hotel www.lafloridahostal.com (Hostal la Florida) in cases of false
information.
